3 bedroom cottage, bunk
house, pump house and dock

The master bedroom
(12ft x 14ft) suite includes a three piece
bath ensuite and a private sun/sitting room
(10ft x 15.5ft) that leads onto the upper
deck. It was a new addition to the cottage
in 2002. The sun/sitting room contains a
window air conditioner.

The kitchen includes
newer appliance (1996) and cupboards with an
exit to the upper deck

The dining room is
carpeted and contains a dining room table, 6
chairs, sideboard and a hutch. A wood
burning stove provides central heating.

The main living room
(15 x 20) is sunken down (10 ft ceilings)
from the main cottage and includes 5 double
paned casement windows as well as patio
doors leading to a covered lower deck. This
was an addition to the original cottage in
1992.

Two additional
bedrooms, together with another three piece
bath complete the main cottage.

Ceiling fans (6) are
used extensively in the living room, dining
room, bedrooms and private sitting room

Wool rugs top the
broadloom in the dining area, all bedrooms
and both sun rooms.

Windows in all
bedrooms, as well as the sun rooms are
thermo paned.

Heating is provided by
the wood burning stove as well as base board
heaters.

The cottage was
reroofed in 2006 and the bunk house was
reroofed in 2008

Water is provided by a
private well. The pumps and water tank are
in a pump house at the waters edge. - New
hot water tank in 2006

The main cottage
(approximately 1,300 sq ft) is 58 feet long
and 20 feet deep and has a two level deck
along the waterfront side
